Zong, in partnership with Muller & Phipps (M&P) has set up a Terminal & Experience Zone at one of its outlets where customers can get latest smartphones of leading brands at affordable rates.
The Zone has been established at the Zong’s Customer Services Centre (CSC) in Rawalpindi where 3G and 4G powered mobile phones of Samsung, Huawei, Microsoft and Lenovo are available at discounted prices. This is the second CSC to offer latest mobile phones of different companies. Last October, Zong set-up a state-of-the-art Experience & Service Centre at Blue Area Islamabad where similar cellular handset devices are offered. More CSCs of this kind would be established in other cities of Pakistan in future.
Currently, Zong is the largest and the only 3G and 4G services provider in Pakistan and top mobile manufacturers have equipped their products with 4G features to cater to the needs of millions of subscribers of the country’s biggest telecom network.
Sharing their views, Zahir Shah, Director Sales & Distribution (S&D) and Faheem Mumtaz, General Manager – North, Zong, said The cellular network’s 4G portfolio has required the need for the key mobile manufacturers to introduce mobile phones featuring both 3G and 4G services here.
“Pakistan is a lucrative market for smartphones, thanks to Zong for exclusively introducing 4G service. This is the main reason why prominent brands of worldwide fame are making cellular products for our valued customers. We are positive that our association with Muller & Phipps, a great distribution partner, will bring remarkable quality of services and facilitation to our respectable subscribers at reasonable rates.”
Waqas Bokhari, GM, Muller & Phipps, said M&P is one of the largest products distribution networks in Pakistan.
“Since 2011, we have been the distribution partner of leading corporate companies and other business entities. Our partnership with Zong would surely allow us to offer new technology.”
