Zameen details its features and services in latest TVC featuring Fawad Khan

44% people now look for new properties online, according to National Association of Realtors and around 90% real estate firms now have websites which primarily have property listings on them. Gone are the days when people used to search for properties in the newspapers. People no longer need to go to consultants for purchase or selling off their properties as Zameen.com provides an all-in-one solution which covers all property types which users could need.

They have recently published a TV commercial featuring Fawad Khan which highlights services offered on the platform. People looking for plots, stores, houses or any type of property can easily search for any of them near their location on their website or app.

The TVC shown below highlights the basic process of searching through properties on the website. One simply has to select the city, then enter the location within that and select the type of property. Zameen also has advanced filters which allow you to select the size of the property, essential tags whether you are looking commercial or residential properties, price and the total size in square yards. The ads have photos and videos of the property to give you a clear view of your next potential property purchase. Check out the video below:

Suppose you are buying a property in Karachi whereas you yourself are in Islamabad, you are not aware of the property’s location or facilities nearby, Zameen simplifies this process even further by highlighting these facilities available nearby that place on its website when you select an ad. Distance from particularly notable locations such as hospitals or historical landmarks is shown in an interactive manner.

If you are looking for various financing options to aid your property purchase, Zameen also has a page where you can calculate the monthly mortgage of the property you are going to buy which includes the Down payment and the interest rate associated.

Digital Transformation is occurring in almost every industry in Pakistan and the use of emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain and others by organizations is increasing day by day. Not only is digitization helping organizations increase their revenues but also creating more opportunities for the mass public in regards to careers as well as ease of use in carrying out everyday tasks.
