Who doesn’t love a great sale? But sales can sometimes leave us very disappointed as well. Remember rushing into a store because of the 70% off sign only to later find that the product you liked was at 10% off? This is the saddest thing that can happen to you in a sale. But fear no more because the latest campaign from Yayvo called #WhatThePrice will ensure that you get a product at the guaranteed lowest price.
This campaign is essentially based on the concept of ‘social price drop’. The price of a selected product will be decreased significantly based on the number of retweets on Twitter. So the more the retweets the lower the price of that particular product will get. The main idea behind this campaign is to give the control back to the customers. They will decide the new, reduced price of a product based on their activity on Twitter.
The campaign will begin on 4th August 2017 at 11 AM and these are the simple steps you need to follow if you want to buy a product at the lowest price.
The final reduced price of the product will be announced when the campaign ends. But you’ll have to keep an eye on the website so that you can quickly place an order for the product before someone else does. The products for the campaign will be announced on the day of the event.
Such campaigns have gained significant hype all over the world. Customers engage in social media activities with the surety that they will get a reduced price. A supermarket in the UK named Lidl and BigBazaar in India have adopted this unique social price drop trend for their customers.
Mark your calendars for 11 AM on 4th August!
