Yayvo.com by TCS is exclusively launching iDroid’s Balr X7 smartphone in Pakistan for a launch price of PKR 9,499. The device was officially launched at an event held in Karachi on 27th January.
The launch event was attended by a number of writers and tech bloggers from across the Pakistan. Talking about the launch of iDroid Balr X7 in Pakistan, Co-founder Yayvo Jawad Qureshi said:
“iDROID wants to bring the best products, in the most affordable way, to our fellow Pakistanis. Our partnership with Yayvo.com has been a strategic move into the region and our commitment to excellence and attention to detail is clearly visible from the success
our phones have enjoyed in the North American and African markets.”
iDroid Balr X7 is a bit different from other budget phones. It is not made in China like most other manufacturers including Huawei, Oppo etc. This device is made by iDroid, a company based in the USA which aims to build easy to use technology at relatively cheaper price. Therefore, it is expected that most issues which plague cheap Chinese phones might not be present in this device.
Overall iDroid Balr X7 provides fairly good specifications for a device at this price point. Most users should be pleased with the complete package offered by iDroid in this device. Users should not have any trouble in sifting through day to day task with its 1.3 GHz quad-core processor and 1 GB of RAM. These specifications, coupled with the 2800 mAh battery, will also make sure users easily get through a whole day of heavy usage.
