Which country is most addicted to Facebook? No, It’s not Pakistan or USA

Facebook became an overnight success out of Harvard School fraternity and reached billions in a short amount of time. Mark Zuckerberg started it as a comparison based dating website for the Ivy League universities but later turned it into a social network. It does not matter if he stole the idea or not as he was accused of but what matters the most is that he turned a simple website into an internet sensation and an addiction for almost all age groups. No other Social Network has yet been able to compete with Facebook at this level.

Facebook has ruled our lives for a decade now, but you will be surprised to know that the country most addicted to Facebook is neither US nor Canada or even Pakistan, but it’s Turkey. 89.4% of Turkish visited Facebook just in the month of February this year and altogether 51% of the traffic for Facebook came from Asia Pacific. Let’s see how Facebook broke the American boundary to reach a global community and gained huge success from the heart of Silicon Valley.
