Vivo V9, 24 MP AI-selfie camera and a notch leaked before launch

Vivo plans to introduce Vivo V9 on 23rd March. It will have a 6.3-inch 2280 x 1080 LCD with a 19:9 aspect ratio. Vivo says that the screen to body ratio will be up to 90 percent.

Vivo V9 is said to be powered by a Snapdragon 626 processor, 4GB of RAM, a 3260mAh battery, 64GB of storage, a microSD card slot, a Micro USB port, and a headphone jack. Vivo says its AI Faceunlock is an upgraded Android Face Recognition feature compared to other smartphones having face unlock feature.

Vivo is focussing on selfies this time with a 24-megapixel f/2 front-facing camera that is its selling point. These leaks will be confirmed tomorrow at the launch of Vivo V9. The phone is also supporting the iOS-like lighting effects as well seen in iPhone X – Natural Light, Studio Light, Stereo Light and Monochrome background. The AI algorithm was formed with the use of a database of close to 1 million faces.

The Vivo V9 is said to come in two colors black and gold. The price is yet to be confirmed. Seeing the leaked pictures we could say that all the companies are now following iPhone X like notch, whether or not critics like it, it is here to stay. Almost all the upcoming smartphones of 2018 will have a notch. Vivo V9 will surely attract a lot of people with its beautiful yet elegant design.Vivo V7 was also quite popular in Pakistan, let’s see what Vivo V9 will be able to accomplish.
