Vivo s5 to feature quad camera and punch hole display

Vivo the Chinese phone maker is known for producing budget-friendly phones. This time it has come up with Vivo S5, a mid-range smartphone with a quad-camera setup. The phone is expected to come out on November 14.

Cameras

Vivo S5 has a quad-camera setup at the back of the phone with a 1080p resolution. The main camera is 48 megapixels sensor, the other three cameras include ultra-wide 8MP sensor, 6MP depth sensor, and 2MP macro units.

Vivo S4 is coming with 32 Megapixels front camera, f/2.0, HDR and capable of recording video in 1080p at 30frames/s, placed in the punch hole.

Display and Design

The phone has a very beautiful design and body, at the back quad-camera setup makes a beautiful and unique shape just like a diamond. Full HD+ AMOLED touchscreen offers 16M color with multi-touch. The phone display is 6.44 in size with 1080*2340 pixels and 400PPI pixel density. It comes in three different colors Black, White, and Blue.

Processor and Storage

The phone runs on Qualcomm SDM712 Snapdragon 712 (10 nm) Octa-core processor and Adreno 618 GPU. The phone has Android Pie and Vivo’s operating system FuntouchOS. When we talk about Storage phone and RAM, it comes in two different variants, the first variant has 128GB Internal Storage and 6GB RAM and the second has 256GB Internal Storage and 8GB RAM. Storage can be extended to 512GB with an external MicroSD Card.

Battery and Other Feature

The Vivo S5 has a huge battery of 4010 mAh with 18W fast-charging. It has a 2.0 micro-USB charging port. It has Wifi, 4G, Bluetooth 5.0, and NFC as well. Following the latest trend, it has an under-display Fingerprint.

Vivo has not confirmed the price of the phone, but the new Vivo S5 is expected to come with a price tag of $320 (49,000 Pakistani Rupees).
