Uber is offering its users an ability to keep the conversation between themselves and their drivers to a minimum by selecting “quiet mode” from the Uber’s mobile app. The ride-hailing service is also offering some other perks as well which include luggage service, freedom to choose a specific interior temperature and extra time so that they can find their driver’s car after it had arrived at the pickup location.
These amazing perks are available to the customers who choose the Uber’s pricier Uber Black and Uber Black SUV service. Users will also get access to a dedicated customer support line. Uber is also promising that the man behind the wheel of the car you order will be a commercially licensed driver, who will show up in a kind of vehicle you would be expecting when using a luxury car service.
Uber’s senior product manager Aydin Ghajar said in a press release that the company understands the need of the riders who choose the Uber Black and Uber Black SUV service and that Uber knows its users “want a consistent, high-quality experience every time they ride.”

He further stated, “With these new features and more to come, we’re excited to ensure that our riders can arrive relaxed and refreshed, wherever they’re headed”.
Uber is releasing these features in an effort to bring back or attract customers to use its pricier Uber Black service. The ride-hailing giant has not yet made any profit, despite its multi-billion dollar valuation, but is seeking the additional road to revenue generation after a disappointing stock market launch last week.
