Pakistan’s first Science & Technology Park – the National Science and Technology Park (NSTP), situated at NUST Islamabad, is now accepting applications from startups, SMEs and businesses for tenancy. Located in central Islamabad in the lush green campus of NUST, the NSTP will serve as a technology powerhouse for companies, big and small, from all over Pakistan and beyond.
In the first phase, NSTP is inviting tenants from 8 key sectors, namely AgriTech, AutoTech, EdTech, EnergyTech, FinTech, HealthTech, SmartTech and DefTech.
In addition to inter-enterprise collaboration helping companies of all sizes, NSTP will also provide the tenants access to NUST’s diverse and very strong research base, including state-of-the-art research infrastructure, researchers, faculty and students. NUST campuses together have more than 300 laboratories, some of them the only ones of their kind in Pakistani academia, that will be accessible for NSTP tenants to supplement their R&D efforts.
The Park has been built keeping in mind the varying needs of companies of different sizes, with available office spaces ranging from 300 to 4,000 square feet. With an overwhelming response received from local and international tenants, the Park has started to buzz with activity and energy. More than 20 tenants are on board, and many more are expected to join soon.
Startups, high-tech SMEs, innovation centres of large multinationals and corporations, and business innovation hubs can apply for tenancy by filling out this form here.
