There is no shortage of eCommerce websites in Pakistan. In fact, as more people are jumping on the bandwagon and starting their business online, you can expect to enjoy the services of many websites selling similar goods. The factors that they are going to compete on are quality of service, customer care and facilities that they are able to provide to the end user. The websites in Pakistan are beginning to take note of competition and therefore it is no surprise that we are getting better online shopping facilities. Shophive, for example, is now offering you an installment plan.
The customers can shop from the many products available on Shophive and for any product with a price greater than the threshold, 10,000 Rupees, they can submit an application for lease. They can then choose from the installment plans and lease the device. After the leaser approval, the device/product will be delivered to them straight away. Sure, there are some strings attached. Shophive can reject your application without giving you a reason. They will also require a relative’s guarantee for the lease and if the price is greater than 1,00,000 Rupees, the guarantor will have to supply a check. Furthermore, the service is available to customers in Lahore only.
Here is the lease plan that the website currently offers,
Lease can be planned from 6 months to 18 months
example: 6 months = 24%, amount to be lease is 100,000 x 1.24 = 124000 / 6 = Rs 24,666 will be 6 equal installments
example: 12 months = 42%, amount to be lease is 100,000 x 1.42 = 142000 / 12 = Rs 11,833 will be 12 equal installments
example: 18 months = 63%, amount to be lease is 100,000 x 1.63 = 163000 / 18 = Rs 9,055 will be 18 equal installments
