After Wasim Akram, cricket legend Shoaib Akthar has stepped into the crypto world and has announced that he will be auctioning his very own Non-Fungible Token (NFT). The auction will be set up on Wakar Zaka’s localized blockchain platform known as TenUp Nation.
The fast bowler’s NFT has been claimed as the world’s first-of-its-kind tokenized platform for bidding for all kinds of digitalized cricket art pieces. The concept of this partnership with him and TenUp Nation was explained in a recent Twitter post.
After the tweet, the term ‘Shoaib Akhtar NFT’ went viral on Twitter and got a lot of crypto enthusiasts interested. All in all, through this auction the cricketer will be able to exchange his digital copyrights through the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
