Samsung’s Next Smartphone Chip Set To Outclass Apple’s iPhone 12 Chip

According to recent reports, Samsung’s Exynos chip which rocks an AMD GPU is said to be better than Apple’s A14 Bionic chip which was initially deemed as one of the most powerful smartphone chips in the world.

Moreover, Samsung has begun its testing on the smartphone chip while the AMD GPU is being tested on the old Cortex-A77 architecture. Despite the old architecture, it was leaked that the performance was outstanding. This information was leaked by a popular tipster on Twitter called ‘Ice Universe’.

According to the tweet shown above, the Exynos chip scored 8134 points which are extremely high in comparison to current high-performance chips. While the Snapdragon 888 and Exynos 2100 were able to score 5382 and 5295 hence making the Exynos powered by AMD chip 50 percent faster than existing chips.

It even gave Apple’s A14 Bionic chip a run for its money as the A14 was able to score only 7500 on the 3D Mark Wildlife GPU benchmark. However, it is to be noted that the latest Exynos’ score is varying hence testing is still underway.

However, the company has announced that it will be releasing the new chip in the next month.
