Samsung has updated its Flow apps which will now let one to unlock Windows 10 PC using Samsung’s phones. The company introduced this feature last year for Android users. It was then used to unlock Windows 10-powered Galaxy TabPro S.
The plan to update the Flow app was in company’s pipeline and after quite some wait, the company has launched the update.
Samsung’s Flow is a software that enables its users to switch between different devices and also to create a secure connection across devices.
The update has been made to add support to Windows 10 Hello feature. Samsung’s S series mobiles such as Galaxy S8,7,6 will now be able to unlock the Windows 10 PC. The smartphones can do so by using their respective fingerprint sensors.
Moreover, the company has also recently confirmed that it will be selling its new refurbished Galaxy Note 7 from July 7, 2017, at price tag of $611. The features of the phone will be same with only one change and that is its battery. Unlike its original variant which comprises of 3,500 mAh battery, the refurbished one has a battery of 3,200 mAh capacity.
