Samsung to Launch Galaxy S25 Series at Galaxy Unpacked Event on January 22, 2025

Samsung is currently setting up for its much-anticipated Galaxy Unpacked launch event later this month, where it is expected to reveal its latest flagship smartphones: the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, Galaxy S25 Ultra, and an exciting new addition to the lineup, the Galaxy S25 Slim.

The event is set to take place on January 22nd, 2025, commencing at 6 PM UTC (11 PM PKT). Initial reports regarding the date emerged from leaked promotional materials associated with an Italian launch event, which have now been taken down. Nevertheless, sources within the industry have confirmed the timing, indicating a morning announcement on the West Coast of the United States.

The Galaxy S25 and S25+ are anticipated to showcase comparable specifications, with the Plus variant providing a more expansive display and enhanced battery capacity. In the latest developments, the Galaxy S25 Ultra is set to maintain its iconic S Pen and high-end specifications, all while embracing a more streamlined and rounded aesthetic.

The Slim is reportedly coming with a 6.66″ screen, a rear setup consisting of 200 MP main, 50 MP ultrawide and 50 MP telephoto cameras. It will have a Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and a 5,000 mAh battery.

While these attributes appear noteworthy for a top-tier smartphone, the designation implies that it will be a sleeker, more lightweight device, probably lacking certain additional functionalities such as wireless charging and a periscope lens for the telephoto camera.

In addition, Samsung Pakistan has announced exclusive offers for its customers. By registering now, buyers can get up to Rs. 20,000 in discounts and enter a lucky draw for a chance to win an additional Rs. 100,000 eVoucher.
