Samsung is preparing a smaller variant of Galaxy Note 10

Thanks to a recent report from South Korean media, now we know that Samsung is apparently working on 2019 Galaxy Note series in a unique way. Samsung intends to launch another low-cost variant of Galaxy Note 10 which will be smaller in size, similar to what we recently saw in Galaxy S10e variant of S-series flagships.

As you know that among Samsung’s early 2019 flagships, the most affordable one is greatly admired by the media and the consumers so Samsung is apparently trying to give it another try with its Galaxy Note series.

Although the South Korean tech giant kept its numbering sequence alive for the Samsung Galaxy S10 series, there is a possibility that it will abandon the idea of naming the next Note the Samsung Galaxy Note 10. However, if the company goes along with a similar idea, then the name of the next affordable Note would be Galaxy Note10e.

The Bell reports that Samsung’s mysterious second Note 10 phone would be initially launched in European markets. The smaller Note would feature a 6.4-inch display whereas the base variant will reportedly have a 6.7-inch screen size. The site also notes that the base variant of Note 10 will have four rear camera sensors while the smaller model will rely on three cameras at the back.

The South Korean media also reports that the world’s largest phone maker has already sourced the parts from its suppliers, but for now, these are all just rumors. It is also said that Note 10 might have two variants, a regular one and a 5G version which will be available later this year.

Regardless of what the Note 10 will be called, we can fairly guess that it will be launched either in August or September of this year. As you know that last year, with the Samsung Galaxy Note 9, the company announced the device on August 9 and the phones were available on store shelves on August 24. It sounds like we will see a similar timeline for this year’s Note.
