Samsung inaugurates a new Service Center in Islamabad

Samsung has inaugurated a highly equipped Service Center at Malik Complex, 80-E. Jinnah Ave, Blue Area, Islamabad.

The facility was inaugurated on 4th January in an event held in Islamabad. The event was attended by prominent figures working in Samsung Pakistan, including the Managing Director, Mr. J. H. Lee.

Speaking at this event, Mr. J. H. Lee said:

“At Samsung, we consider After-Sales service as a key differentiator for our highly diversified range of products. We believe that when it comes to satisfying customers, there are no limits, only bars that must be set higher each time. Samsung is committed to continuously innovate and ensure that each of our products is performing optimally, for an extended period of time, to meet all the expectations of our customers. That is why we are consistently improving our service standards. I invite the Samsung customers to take full advantage of this new world-class facility in Islamabad.”

Facilities provided at the service center

The service center in Islamabad will provide customers with complete service, repair, and maintenance of all smartphones. All of these services will be accessible to customers under one roof, with the expert supervision of qualified and experienced engineers. This will also prove to be an effective initiative to discourage the trade of counterfeit parts and unauthorized service operations in the local market.

Samsung plans to vastly improve and expand its customer service for users in Pakistan. This will be done by introducing customer service points like this to more and more cities all over the country in the near future.
