Samsung Galaxy S9 will hit the stores on this date

All hail Galaxies! What is wrong with us fellows? Why can’t we just stop talking about the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+? Time flies and we are getting more excited as the smartphones are now 3 days away from the launch. Whereas, your excitement might not be quite beneficial, as Samsung is planning to hold a dedicated premium-style event for some tech journalists, celebrity reporters, and some special attendees, to show off Galaxy S9 variants via an augmented reality model.

Well, still the most important thing for you and me, is that when the South Korean company is releasing the phone in the market. Now we know when, but still can’t be sure. The Galaxy S9 variants will reportedly hit the stores in mid-March, to be exact 16th March globally, as cited by The Investor.

The site explained this probability claiming that Galaxy S9 will be available for pre-orders in South Korea by February 28th, followed by other important markets. The ones who pre-ordered would get their devices between March 9th and March 15th. Hence, we can say that the smartphone will be available in retail stores as late as March 16.

Meanwhile, we have another point of interest at the moment, the Korean Lost & Found center for phones has listed new handsets in its database – the S9 duo. This includes a 256GB version of the Galaxy S9+. The smaller S9 appears only in 64GB form, in fact, the 128GB option is not mentioned at all.

Furthermore, in another leaked document found by Galaxy Club, it has been revealed that Galaxy S9 variants are coming along with a new application launching for its ‘DeX Pad’, which most probably be its new wireless dock.

The Galaxy S9 variants are all set to make their debut after 3 days on Sunday night in Barcelona, a day before the MWC, where many other tech giants will be showcasing their innovative smartphones and other gadgets. Stay connected with TechJuice for more on MWC.
