Maryam Nawaz, the Chief Minister of Punjab, launched the Honhaar Undergraduate Scholarship Program for the talented youth in Punjab Province.
This program provides financial support to students pursuing undergraduate courses in 68 fields at 50 public sector universities, 16 medical institutions, and 131 graduate colleges under the HED.
The government will provide more than PKR 7 billion every year, along with 30,000 scholarships.The program is intended to assist around 120000 students in the next four years, with an investment of more than PKR 130 billion over the next eight years.
