Samsung Galaxy Note 7 in its refurbished form will be available through three carriers at the end of June. The news has been reported by Etnews.com. Initially, the phone will be available for sale at South Korea, the home of Samsung.
The phone will be branded as Galaxy Note 7 R and the reported price of the phone is expected to be $620. In the first batch, 300,000 phones are expected to go on sale. It must be noted here that almost 3 to 4 million smartphones were called back by Samsung after the smartphones started to blow up due to battery related flaw.
The news also noted that the phones will have a smaller battery as compared to the original variant. The newly refurbished versions will have 3,200 mAh battery. The original variants had 3,500 mAh battery and due to difficulty in housing the battery under the phone, the whole explosion of phones fiasco happened.
There is no news on whether the refurbished phone will be available in Pakistan or not. But there is an expectation that the phone will make its way to Pakistan through unofficial means.
