The Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) and Ultrasoft Systems have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to set up a software technology park spanning 13,800 sq feet near the Quetta International Airport in Quetta, a public-private partnership.

According to the details, the software technology park will be equipped with the latest equipment and facilities.
Speaking on occasion, the Minister of IT, Syed Amin Ul Haq, hailed the development as another step by the Ministry of IT and Telecom towards Digital Pakistan. “IT Industry is receiving top priority from the present government to improve Pakistan’s economy.”, he added.
The Minister of IT, Syed Amin ul Haq, mentioned that more than 25 software technology parks would be functioning by the end of the year; 11 of those will be established in the KPK’s districts.
