In recent news, the Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) and Cisco have announced a partnership that will enable PTCL to deliver better services for the country. The signing ceremony was held at PTCL headquarter where officials such as Zarrar Hasham Khan, Chief Business Services Officer, PTCL, and Kashiful Haque, Country General Manager, Cisco signed the agreement.
According to Zarrar Khan:
“This partnership with Cisco will allow PTCL to serve our customers across the geographic and demographic boundaries to exceed their expectations. It will also be instrumental in supporting Pakistan in the digital transformation journey.”
Through this partnership, PTCL and Cisco will be working side by side in order to further accelerate the IT infrastructure and add more cost-effective services. This further includes a proper roadmap to successfully navigate their respective customers’ digital transformation journey.
