We’ve been hearing a lot about P@SHA and Google’s partnership for an Incubator in Karachi. P@SHA has been super secretive this time. The last time we met Jehan Ara, President of P@SHA, at LUMS Center for Entrepreneurship launch, she told us that everything will be official right after Ramadan. But we didn’t hear much from them after that.
Our sources told us that P@SHA and Google had been busy forging partnerships with some more International organizations during all this time. This means that there could be more than 2 partners.
Also, there are several hints that P@SHA & Google may announce and officially reveal the details of their incubator at the 11th P@SHA ICT Awards tomorrow. And why shouldn’t they? P@SHA ICT Awards are attended by almost all the important personalities of Pakistani Tech Industry. Also this flagship event gets huge interest from media houses of Pakistan. So this might be the perfect time for P@SHA to make the incubation program official.
We reached out to P@SHA and Google for comments, but both declined to comment. This adds further mystery to the subject, and makes our case stronger that tomorrow might be the big day. We are just a few hours away from the event launch, so this mystery would be resolved sooner than you think.
