Plan9 is taking applications for their 7th cycle of incubation. Tomorrow is the last date for submitting your startup proposal.
Plan9, a project of the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), is currently one the largest tech incubators in Pakistan with its branches in different universities of the country. Launched 3 years ago, it has now successfully incubated over 80 startups and is now ready for the commencement of its 7th cycle of incubation for the 2016 first half period.
Based at the Arfa Software Technology Park in Lahore, Plan9 is responsible for some of the best and most successful startups functioning in Pakistan right now, including Patari, Trequant, WifiGen, Travly, Markhor and BookMe.
You can apply by filling out this form but keep in mind that 20th of December is the deadline to send in your application. Shortlisted startups will then be required to attend an event comprising of two days of pitching, workshops and talks to compete against other applicants for obtaining an incubation slot.
The launchpad event will be held in 3 major cities of Pakistan: Lahore, Islamabad and Karachi, in which over a 100 of them will compete for a spot for Plan9’s incubation program.
