Pakistan’s First Locally Assembled Plug-In Hybrid Electric Vehicle Launched by MG Motors

MG Motor has marked a historic milestone in Pakistan’s automotive sector by hosting the Line-Off Ceremony for its latest innovation, the MG HS PHEV, TRUE HYBRID ELECTRIC.

The launch, spearheaded by Syed Asif Ahmed, General Manager of the Marketing Division, highlights MG’s commitment to bringing advanced automotive technology to Pakistan.

As the country’s first locally assembled Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV), this launch solidifies MG’s position as a trailblazer in automotive technology in the region.

Key Features of the MG HS PHEV

The MG HS PHEV combines cutting-edge engineering with sleek design, setting a new benchmark for hybrid vehicles in Pakistan. Key features comprise an electric range exceeding 52 kilometers, a 16.6 kWh battery, regenerative braking capabilities, external charging alternatives, and a remarkable combined fuel efficiency of up to 58.8 KM/L. The vehicle’s zero-emission electric mode is perfectly suited for city travel, tackling ecological issues while eliminating worries about range.

MG HS PHEV Price in Pakistan

The MG HS PHEV is priced at PKR 9,899,000, with a special early bird offer available for PKR 9,499,000. The Line-Off Ceremony demonstrates MG’s dedication to meeting the needs of modern drivers and shaping the future of Pakistan’s automotive landscape.
