Pakistani Ministries websites hacked by Indian Hackers

Several Pakistani Ministries websites have been hacked by Indian Hackers on the day of Independence of Pakistan. We have checked the following websites and they are down at the time of writing this news.

According to several television channels, the websites were defaced by Indian Hackers and flag of India, along with pictures of Indian soldiers were displayed on the hacked websites.

The following websites are down, we have checked.

  • Ministry of Water and Power
  • Ministry of IT
  • Ministry of Defence
  • Ministry of Climate Change
  • Ministry of Law and Justice
  • Ministry of National Food Security and Research

There has been an ongoing tussle between the hackers of both countries. News continues to surface regarding either Pakistani hackers hacking indian websites or Indian hackers defacing Pakistani websites. These hackers often times leave a trace with their pseudo hacking names and publish patriotic material on these websites. Just recently Pakistani script kiddies defaced over 7,000 Indian websites and earlier this month Pakistan’s official website was hacked by Indian Hackers.
