Pakistan collaborates with China to launch a video conferencing system

Pakistan has been acing in telecommunication sector and has impressively worked a lot during the last four years. Now the
Pak-China Joint Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCJCCI) has launched a video conferencing system. The system was first introduced during a meeting with a 24-member delegation of the Chinese professionals from Shandong.

PCJCCI President Mr. S.M. Naveed said the video conferencing sessions started at Pak-China Joint Chamber of Commerce and Industry will eradicate the communication barriers between China and Pakistan. These video conferences will also open new kind of opportunities which will result in the highest level of efficiency. The video conferencing session was headed by Frank Fa–Chinese representative in Pakistan and Mr. Lee from China.

S.M. Naveed said,

“The video conferencing sessions would regularly be held at PCJCCI office to ensure business to business matchmaking and to follow up the joint venture opportunities to be identified by the business community of the Pakistan and China. Till date both the countries had earmarked the sectors of machinery equipment, machinery hardware, new energy, battery, food, textile, electronics, building material and vehicle accessories from the city of Zibo, China.”

The Pakistan China Joint Chamber of Commerce & Industry (PCJCCI) platform has linked the Chinese employers with Pakistani individuals. It has been made operational in the Chinese, Urdu and English languages so that all the participants are able to take equal parts in the program.

China had extended proactive cooperation with Pakistan to bridge the communication gap between the two friendly nations by continuously identifying the potential sectors of trade, investment, and joint venture opportunities.

The China Pakistan Economic Corridor is a mega-scale economic project that was launched between Pakistan and China two years ago. The corridor which will cross through Pakistan will work on developing the Pakistani infrastructure. With an initial investment of $46 billion that came into Pakistan as part of the project, CPEC is now being valued at a whopping 62 billion dollars.
