Jazz has announced that the company has offered 2000 employees with permanent, full-time jobs.
The announcement came after the unification of Mobilink and Warid under one brand name “Jazz”. The rebranding ceremony took place earlier this January when Jazz became Pakistan’s biggest telecom brand with more than 50 million subscribers.
Jazz has undergone organizational restructuring and has converted from ten to six organizational layers in order to enhance efficiency and productivity. A lesser number of layers will enable faster and smoother flow of information horizontally and vertically, hence better decision making for customers’ benefits.
Employees will now enjoy unparalleled benefits in the industry and faster growth opportunities. The benefits include medical care, life insurance, transportation facilities and more. Aamir Ibrahim, CEO Jazz says,
“From voice to data and from 3G to 4G the digital revolution gives us limitless new possibilities. For the first time in the history of these companies, we are a single brand, we are Jazz internally and externally,”
Jazz claims to be truthful, collaborative, innovative and customer-oriented in every aspect of its business. From fresh entrant to an experienced professional, everyone is now better placed than before so that they can all work more effectively for customer’s benefits. Jazz aims to bring digital revolution in Pakistan through its innovative products and services.
