Oppo F5 with AI-powered 20MP front camera launches in Pakistan with 31,900 PKR price tag

The famed Chinese smartphone manufacturer, Oppo has finally unveiled its latest mid-range selfie-expert Oppo F5 in Pakistan. It will go on sales from November 11.

Oppo F5 has been launched globally a couple of weeks ago and now the company is launching its mid-range device in emerging markets like Pakistan with a new slogan of ‘The Selfie expert and Leader’.

Oppo F5 is the company’s first smartphone featuring FHD+ full view display. Oppo has successfully claimed the title of being called selfie smartphones brand and this time F5 is featured with AI beauty technology which enables its camera to take best photographs.

The Oppo F5 features a 20MP camera on the front with f/2.0 aperture and 1/2.8″ sensor size. The back camera is 16 MP with f/1.8 aperture and an LED flash. Surprisingly, the front camera does not have an LED flash. Both cameras are designed to take excellent photos in any light conditions.

The camera comes with AI beauty which highlights features like eyes, nose, jawline or cheekbones in selfies and brightens your eyes. The front camera can also capture portraits with artificial blur.

Oppo F5 comes with a 6-inch display with 1080×2160 resolution and 18:9 display. The phone comes in two variants, one comes with 32GB internal storage and 4GB of RAM, while the other has a 6GB of RAM and 64GB internal storage.

The phone comes with a MediaTek MT6763T Helio P23 chipset with Octa-core CPU. It comes with Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box and will soon be upgraded to Android 8.0 Oreo.

OPPO has also announced F5 6GB and F5 youth version which will be launched in December 2017. The price of its 4GB variant in Pakistan is PKR 31,899.

Oppo is becoming a famous smartphones brand in emerging market like Pakistan due to budget-friendly and specs loaded devices like Oppo F3 and Oppo F3 Plus launched earlier this year.
