NUST Signs MOU With TechValley To Bring Google Cloud Trainings For Students

In recent news, NUST Professional Development Centre (PDC) signed a memorandum of understanding with TechValley at the H-12 campus to further bring about the emphasis on training students with the latest technological trends. As per the MOU, the students of NUST will receive training in Google Cloud from industry leaders.

The MOU was signed by the Pro-Rector research, innovation, and commercialization at NUST Dr. Rizwan Riaz and the CEO of TechValley Mr. Umar Farooq. The ceremony was also graced by the presence of NUST Rector Engr Javed Mahmood Bukhari while Head of Managed Services Providers at Google Seam Lim chimed in via video call. This further included an online meeting between the teams of TechValley, Google, and NUST PDC with the Federal Minister for Science and Technology Shibli Faraz in regards to strategizing the next steps for a more Digital Pakistan.

As a result of this ceremony, students at NUST will be able to take advantage of these trainings in Google Cloud in their respective campuses. These trainings will primarily focus on development tools, AI, Data Analytics, and more.
