Nothings Landmark Device Set For Release In Early 2025 Details Leak

Nothing is preparing for a transformative 2025 after a period of relative quiet following the release of the Nothing Phone (2) in July 2023. Leaked internal emails have provided insight into the company’s ambitious roadmap for the upcoming year, signaling significant updates in both hardware and software.

According to tipster Evan Blass, Nothing is preparing to launch two new smartphones in 2025: the officially unveiled Nothing Phone (3) and an unannounced device referred to as a “landmark.” These launches intend to see the brand capturing the personal computing niche, with Artificial Intelligence and other developments in user interfaces as their major strategy.

The Nothing Phone (3) is expected to be much improved in terms of design and performance of the gadget. It also emerged from internal emails that the device will introduce a new generation of UI features, which will be headed by AI. Carl Pei, the company’s CEO, has emphasized that this device will push the boundaries of what’s possible with smartphone technology, focusing on smarter and more intuitive systems.

Speculative leaks released include a telephoto camera, Nothing Phone (3), EDGE, Garda 17, 2 GB RAM, Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset, and eSIM capabilities. This is in line with the company’s strategic intent of improving the performance of the camera and also making it better. As for the major changes of the device, it is expected to be equipped with a slightly less capacious battery of 4,290 mAh compared to the 5,000 mAh battery of the previous generation.

Aside from Nothing Phone (3), the second product, which is still codenamed “landmark,” is expected to be out in the first quarter of the year 2025. While specific details remain scarce, speculation suggests that this could either be an affordable smartphone or a product under the Nothing’s Color, Material, and Finish (CMF) lineup.

Carl Pei has stated that 2025 will be the company’s “biggest year yet,” as Nothing plans to redefine personal computing devices. The goal is to make technology that seamlessly integrates into users’ daily lives, enhancing productivity and convenience.

With a mix of AI-powered features and enhanced hardware, 2025 promises to be a transformative year for Nothing. The company’s commitment to creating more intuitive, user-centric devices aligns with its mission to push the limits of technology.
