Nothing has officially confirmed the launch of its highly anticipated new smartphone on March 4, 2025, with the event scheduled for 3:00 PM PKT. While the product name remains unannounced, industry experts are speculating that it could be the Nothing Phone 3 or its variant, the Phone 3a.
Nothing revealed their future device from the rear panel perspective in a quick video on the social media platform X, which featured their distinctive Glyph interface lighting. According to predictions of future models, Nothing phones will revive its characteristic feature but will now have a three-camera system, implying improved photographic capabilities.
The next Nothing Phone 3 series models will continue the brand’s transparent design values while offering significant hardware advances and software enhancements. Speculation says that no phone will employ the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip, which gives improved performance while supporting 12GB RAM and 512GB UFS 4.0 memory capacity.
Because hardware specs are currently unknown, the software side continues to be the primary focus for advancement. According to reported words from Carl Pei Nothing CEO, the newly announced Phone 3 would contain significant AI capabilities as the company makes its first foray into AI-enabled platforms. Nothing but OS 3.1 running on Android 15 will power the phone, which prioritises an AI-powered intuitive user experience.
The launch will be streamed globally, with the product set to be available across India through Flipkart, following the unveiling. As Nothing continues to carve out its niche in the competitive smartphone market, all eyes will be on the March 4 event to see what innovative features the company has in store.
