Mobilink to launch Lenovo A6010 and K5 plus in Pakistan

Mobilink is launching the popular yet economical Lenovo K5 plus and Lenovo 6010 smartphones in Pakistan. This move has come in line with Mobilink’s strategy of launching low-range 3G smartphones in Pakistan that aims to promote the idea of a “Digital Pakistan”.

These smartphones are part of Lenovo’s budget smartphone line that feature robust designs with power-packed hardware. The Lenovo A6010 features a Quad Core processor with 1 GB RAM, 8 GB internal storage, and the Android Lollipop 5.0 flavor. The Lenovo K5 plus, on the other hand, has an Octa Core processor with 2 GB RAM, 16 GB internal storage, and the Android Lollipop 5.1 flavor. Both smartphones have a 5.0” screen diagonal but the K5 plus features a much higher resolution than the A6010.

The Director of Data & Devices at Mobilink, Muhammad Ali Khan, has said, “We are committed to consistently introduce the most appealing and innovative smartphones in the market in support of our digital enablement goals. For this reason, we decided to launch these two affordable Lenovo smartphones across Pakistan. Lenovo A6010 & K5 Plus provide customers with the opportunity to experience Mobilink’s superior data services on one of the best budget phones available in the market today.”

According to Mobilink, the Lenovo A6010 will be made available for PKR 16,500/- and the Lenovo K5 plus will be made available for PKR 23,500/-. The smartphones will be available at Mobilink Business Centers around the entire nation. The smartphones, as expected, will also come bundled with 6 GB free internet for half an year.

In conclusion, Mobilink has decided to launch the popular Lenovo A6010 and K5 plus smartphones in Pakistan at an economical price to promote the use of 3G internet among Pakistani locals.
