The South Korean giant, LG has displayed its various innovative products on CES 2018 and amongst them is the LG’s giant 65-inch OLED TV which has various unique feature for its customers.
LG’s 65-inch display is a new rollable OLED TV that emerges from a rectangular box. It rolls out from a comparatively small box like a poster. This OLED TV has a flexible display as it comes out from the box very smoothly.
LG 65-inch OLED TV has an end to end bezel-less display and is quite thinner in its size. LG has not compromised on its screen resolution as this OLED TV gives full 4k HD resolution. The OLED TV has a clear and vibrant image quality.
The rollable TV can roll itself to the native aspect ratio of the motion picture eliminating the two black bars present at the top and bottom of it. For example, if you are watching a movie of a different aspect ratio rather than 16:9 than there will be two black bars present above and below the display. The OLED TV will be able to remove those bars and thus, it will adjust its size after rolling down. The users can also adjust the height of the TV.
Two years back on the CES, LG had shown a prototype of 18-inch OLED display that could bend and roll up like a newspaper. This LG 65 inch OLED TV is the successor version of that prototype.
There is not much information revealed by the Korean brand LG about the pricing and launching dates of the 65inch OLED TV but this prototype TV is very much cool.
