JumpStart Announces Change Pakistan Conference 2015

JumpStart Pakistan will organize “Change Pakistan Conference 2015 – Through Entrepreneurship” for March 20th, 2015 at FAST-NU, Lahore Campus. The conference will provide a platform to students, potential Entrepreneurs, early-stage social enterprises and youth in general to learn from experienced Entrepreneurs.

JumpStart Pakistan was launched a year ago with a vision to Change Pakistan through Entrepreneurship and introduce an entrepreneurial ecosystem based on “The Margalla Hills Model” – an opposing strategy to the Silicon Valley Model. This new entrepreneurial model suggested that CEOs (Shepherds) of well settled companies will provide Green House like environment to new startups and invest in them in exchange of equity.

The 2-day conference is expected to have more than 1000 attendees including 100+ CEOs, 20+ young entrepreneurs pitching for their startups, 20+ startup exhibitors and 20+ universities. The event will announce 3 startup winners from several pitches and will have activities for audience to compete for 100+ prizes. The conference will be streamed at 25+ remote viewing sites.

The conference will be one-stop place for a CEO, successful Entrepreneur, lecturer in a university, a recent graduate, student, or simply a person who wants to bring about a change in other people lives.
