Information Technology University (ITU), Lahore has extended the registration deadline to appear in the entrance examination for admissions in academic year Fall 2014. The previously-announced date has been extended up until August 29th to facilitate the interested candidates who could not register for the entrance test earlier. New date for the admission test is September 13th.

ITU is offering three academic programs for the aspiring students for which candidates can appear in the scheduled admission test:

  • BS in Electrical Engineering (Hons.)
  • BS in Computer Science (Hons.)
  • MS in Computer Science

ITU is a relatively new name in the academic setting of Pakistan but has risen through the ranks quickly thanks to an entrepreneurial approach to the offered programs, giving students an easy access to seven research centers and in-house tech incubator, world-class faculty, and providing adequate mentorship and resources for cutting-edge research. ITU also arranges workshops, guest lectures and technical/training sessions with internationally-recognized and esteemed guest speakers from time to time. Merit- and need-based scholarships are also available for qualified/deserving students.
