Itel Pakistan Enforces Disciplinary Action Following Cross Region Sales Breach

ISLAMABAD: itel has taken decisive action against one of its Managing Dealers, ITS4U, and its associated distributor, Siccotel, for violating the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) by engaging in cross-region stock sales. This practice disrupts market dynamics, undermines channel confidence, and compromises fair competition.

itel Takes Disciplinary Action Against Partners for Cross-Region Sales Violation

In response, itel’s Sales Management Department has implemented the following sanctions:

Managing Dealer (ITS4U)

    • Immediate cancellation of monthly rewards.
    • Seven-day account suspension.

Regional Sales Manager (Ricqan Muhammad)

    • PKR 10,000 fine.

Channel Manager (Abdul Qadoos)

    • PKR 5,000 fine.

Distributor (Siccotel)

    • PKR 200,000 fine.
    • Immediate cessation of supplies.

 

itel emphasizes the importance of strict adherence to its policies to maintain brand integrity and market stability. The company has warned that any future violations may result in more severe penalties, including the potential termination of partnerships.
