Apple’s iPhones reveal and release schedule is set to be largely the same in 2017 as it has been in recent years, claims Economics Daily News, a leading tech news platform. iPhone 8 and iPhone 7S both will be unveiled in Sept and will go on sale in October.
There are rumors circulating on the internet about the delay in the release of iPhone 8 and iPhone 7S, however, Apple authorities have yet to give their response to such rumors.
According to the leading online tech journal, mass production of New Apple phones are in progress and new substrate-like circuit boards are set to feature in iPhone 8 and iPhone 7S. Moreover, the yield of these components has been greatly improved.
Apple is expected to release three new phones in 2017. Apple is readying two iPhone 7S phones with same chassis design, focusing on better performance and wireless charging.
iPhone 8 is also expected to be launching alongside iPhone 7S. The phone will have a large 5.8 -inch OLED display. This means that phone will have small bezels allowing the screen to dominate the front face. The chassis of the mobile will be made of stainless steel.
Following the release of iPhone 8 and iPhone 7S this year, Apple is also battling a legal spat with Chipmaking Company Qualcomm. The Chipmaker has taken its case to International Trade Commission (ITC) to get a ban on Apple products from entering the premises of US.
In response to the move made by Qualcomm, the CEO of Apple Tim Cook said, “We strongly believe we’re in the right. And I’m sure they believe that they are, and that’s what courts are for. And so we’ll let it go with that”.
