Invest2Innovate (i2i) has released a new visual treat today which is Pakistan’s startup space over an interactive map. The map also allows users to claim specific slots by dropping a pin and then populating it with information about new events, spaces, incubation centers, startups, etc.
Invest2Innovate supports startup communities in growing markets and has been operating in Pakistan since 2011. It runs its own accelerator which includes a four-month program that provides business support and access to mentors and investment. i2i has accelerated more than 25 startups since 2012, which have gone on to generate over $2.5 million in capital.
In 2016, i2i released an Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Report which included a comprehensive landscape analysis of startup ecosystem in Pakistan. You can read the full report by following this link.
i2i’s latest effort to highlight the startup ecosystem in Pakistan is a visualized map which shows off different startups, events, spaces, incubation centers, etc.
Users can browse through 56+ startups currently listed on the map and open any one of them to get more details about the startup in question. It shows the location of startup on the map and a brief description along with some contact information.
i2i created this map using the MapMe software and this whole project is sponsored by Sybrid. You can go here to check out the map yourself and have a look at more than 56 different startups currently listed on it.
