invest2innovate (i2i), a Pakistani accelerator that supports impact-oriented enterprises in developing markets, just started accepting application yesterday, June 3rd. The accelerator has proven itself over the last few years by forming a great community of startups, mentors and angel investors who work together to accelerate the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Pakistan.
For the past few months, the i2i team has been traveling the country, conducting events in Peshawar, Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad. This i2i Roadshow was an effort to showcase the Accelerator program, as well as to celebrate their past entrepreneurs, mentors, and other partners and organizations that are part of Pakistan’s growing entrepreneurial ecosystem.
“The i2i Accelerator is a four-month program that runs from September to January each year in Pakistan. Over the course of four months, selected entrepreneurs receive access to virtual support to grow their businesses, and convene for six in-person weekends in either Karachi or Lahore, with targeted sessions led by mentors on topics ranging from branding to customer acquisition to financials and operations. At the end of the program, entrepreneurs pitch before investors and are presented to the i2i Angels community.”
You will get an unmatched mentorship, support and networking opportunities at this program. Besides, let the previously graduating classes be an inspiration to you on how much value being a part of this accelerator program can add.
In i2i Founder, Kalsoom Lakhani’s own words,
“The entrepreneurs who have graduated from our program (11 companies, of which 8 are still operational) are our biggest ambassadors, cheerleaders, and friends, who continue to support this journey to provide the best program to impact-oriented entrepreneurs. They, along with our mentors, angel investors, and partners form the i2i Family. If you apply and are selected for the Accelerator, you will in fact be joining this dynamic and collaborative community.”
If you have a brilliant startup or a company that is working on making a difference in the community and needs a little help to get things running, you should apply to the four-month program here. Be sure to check out i2i’s eligibility criteria and the answers to your FAQs on their official site before submitting your application.
