Ink Factory, a digital design and print company, participated in Pakistan’s largest print exhibition – Print Pak 2019, held in Lahore recently. Ink Factory remained the highlight of the expo as it was instrumental in signing numerous contracts and MOUs, one after another. To start with, Ink Factory hit the news on the first day of the exhibition by signing up a Coke Studio sensation Ali Sethi as his authorized merchandising partners. Not only will the Ink Factory market his merchandise but it will also print and manufacture various products designed and created by Ali Sethi himself.

Dr. Badar Tauqeer and Fareed Agha, co-founders of Ink Factory, entered into a long term engagement with international market-leading technology companies, Konica Minolta and Rolland, by signing MOUs with their respective Pakistan distributors. This engagement will place Ink Factory ahead of its market in terms of obtaining substantial discounts on capital investments on buying of equipment as well as favorable payment terms spread over 12 to 24 months.

Print Pak exhibition was strategically targeted by Ink Factory to roll out its franchising based expansion model. Ink Factory is looking to expand nationwide by targeting Islamabad, Karachi, and Sialkot in this quarter. It has already expanded in Lahore in the previous quarter by developing two new outlets, one within the University of Lahore called ‘Ink Factory Express’ and another planned to be open by January 2020 in DHA Phase IV.
