The Infinix Hot Note is an online retailer exclusive phone that is surely worth every penny. While the phone does have some very modest hardware specs, it is about to get even better. The official Facebook of Infinix Pakistan has confirmed a Lollipop update for the smartphone. If you wish to take advantage of the update, you will have to manually flash your phone, but keep in mind that it is riddled with bugs. However, if you prefer a bug free update, you can expect it by the end of August.

The Infinix Hot Note seems a good phone for its price, but for it to get a Lollipop update, truly helps make it a contender against its similarly priced counterparts, such as the QMobile A1 (Android One) and the QMobile S1.
You can visit the official forum and get more details from here. Once you make an account, you will be able to see the visible links for downloading the update and instructions on how to install it. Though, be advised and know that the current versions are riddled with bugs. If you are willing to live with those bugs for the span of a month, then it’s worth taking a chance on.
If you are a Hot Note user, let us know if you are planning on installing the update or will you wait for a bug free version? We would love to hear back!
