Huawei to launch Honor V10 on November 28

As you may know, Honor is the Huawei’s affordable smartphone series which offers excellent smartphones in affordable price tags. The company is now going to launch its latest flagship phone in Honor series.

Huawei will launch the Honor V10 on November 28. The phone is expected to come with almost same specifications as the Mate 10 Pro. However, it will be a much cheaper phone than the Mate 10 Pro. It is expected to come with the same 6.0-inch display with a resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels and as the resolution shows, it is going to be an 18:9 display as most of the flagship phones offered this year. The RAM is expected to be either 6GB or 8GB and if it comes with 8 gigs of RAM, it will be even higher than the Mate 10 Pro.

The camera is also expected to be the same dual 20 MP +12 MP with f/1.6 aperture and laser + phase detection autofocus. The camera will come with Leica autofocus and 2X optical zoom. The front camera is expected to be an 8MP unit and we are expecting great results from the Honor flagship’s cameras. The chipset is also going to be the same Kirin 970 with Octa-core (4×2.4 GHz Cortex-A73 & 4×1.8 GHz Cortex-A53) CPU and Mali-G72 MP12 GPU. The Mate 10 Pro did not have a Micro SD card slot, now we have to see if the upcoming Honor V10 offers a Micro SD card slot.

The Honor V10 is also expected to come with the same 4,000 mAh battery which will run for more than 2 days on a single charge. Just like the Mate 10 Pro, the Honor V10 will also feature artificial intelligence as it features a Kirin 970 chipset and Huawei boasted about the chipset’s AI capabilities a lot. Moreover, it will come with Android 8.0 out of the box just like the Mate 10 series and will get regular Android updates for at least 2 years.

Following the trend, the phone is expected to come with a bezel-less display just like most of the flagship smartphone devices this year. Razer phone is the exception as they broke the trend and introduced a gaming smartphone with huge bezels, one of the best front facing speakers and the first 120Hz display on a smartphone. And the Razer phone cost just $699 and it offers better specifications than any other phone available in the market right now.

Huawei Honor V10 is expected to come with a price tag of $450 and if it offers the expected specifications in this price, it’ll be a great deal.
