Huawei, China’s largest smartphone manufacturer, has opened up a new Customer Service Centre at Siddique Trade Centre, Gulberg III, Lahore. This service center will allow customers to access prompt After-Sales services and avail a complete range of Warranty Services, with unmatched convenience and care.
The inauguration ceremony was personally attended by senior leaders of Huawei Pakistan, including; the General Manager Devices for Huawei Pakistan – Mr. Shawn and the Deputy General Manager of Huawei Devices Department – Mr. Fraz Malik Khan, along with Mr. Linpeng. The General Manager of Customer Serivce at whole region, Mr. Shawn stated:
“Continuing with Huawei’s tradition of providing innovative solutions and products for the customers, we have established this advanced service centre which is designed to ensure the provision of cutting-edge facilities for the customers. With its convenient location and well-trained staff, the customers will be able to get a hassle-free service experience at this centre.”
Huawei users can visit the centre for any technical repairs, warranty and maintenance services. Devices with no warranty-cover can also be serviced and repaired here at very competitive rates. The service center will not be involved in any direct sales activities but the customers will be able to purchase a wide range of high-quality accessories for their favorite smart-phones. An exclusive Experience Zone has also been created within this new centre, where techies can get hands-on experience with the latest Huawei devices. Live demonstrations will also be held at the centre to allow people to evaluate and enjoy the newly introduced features.
Huawei has been rapidly growing its global presence and its network in Pakistan is ever expanding. It has established 16 global research and service centers, along with 28 joint-innovation centres which employ a total of 70,000 people.
