HTC is putting everything at stake for its new flagship HTC U12+

The Taiwanese company chose an interesting way of announcing the event of unveiling their new flagship HTC U12+, as the image teased shows all the components that go into a smartphone. We can’t say for sure if they belong to the U12+, but it’s highly unlikely the announcement will involve a different device. HTC U12+ is expected to be the only high-end smartphone of 2018 by the company. According to a new leak, U12+ should be officially showcased on May 23.

According to a leak, the upcoming HTC U12+ won’t be cheap. Although, its hardly a surprise, as pretty much all of HTC’s high-end phones released until now have been expensive and we weren’t expecting the U12+ to be cheap.

The smartphone supposedly has features that’ll allow it to stand next to any Android flagship of 2018. It features a powerful Snapdragon 845 processor, a dual camera setup on the rear, a 6-inch bezel-less QHD display, 6 GB ram, water resistance, and a 3,500 mAh battery.

The HTC U12+ is said to be available in four color variants, Red Rose, Black, Violet, and Translucent.

Once a popular Taiwanese tech giant recorded, in 2017, the lowest revenue of $2.1 billion in 13 years. These stats show that HTC is no more the company it used to be, at least in term of sales. The company is having a bad time and plans to kill the competition with the upcoming HTC U12+.
