Pokemon Go is the one video game that has finally convinced humans to walk around instead of being glued to a seat in front of a screen. But this also has its downsides and one of the most frustrating things in the game is when there are no Pokestops or Gyms (or both) near you. Nobody likes walking miles and miles just to buy some new pokeballs!
Specifically in Pakistan, there seems to be a lack of both. We have even compiled a comprehensive list of Pokestops and Gyms in Pakistan to help our readers in Pokemon Go. Fortunately, the developers of this game have enabled a new option to let you request for new Pokestops and Gyms.
Note: Previously, the Reason box had an option for “How do I create a new Pokestop or Gym”. Now it only allows you to request for a new Pokestop or Gym if they are not present near you.
There is no guarantee that Niantic (the developer of Pokemon Go) will indeed comply with your request but if there’s a way to get a Pokestop or Gym near you, this is it. You can also fill in a request if there is a problem with an existing Pokestop / Gym.
Although the game hasn’t even been internationally released yet, it has already become a global phenomenon. For once, people around the world (including Pakistanis) are spending more time catching Pokemon than Snapchatting, Instagramming or even scrolling their Facebook newsfeeds. If you still haven’t installed Pokemon Go, you can refer to our guide over here to install it anywhere in the world.
