Here’s a super detailed look at the upcoming Motorola RAZR

Motorola’s official reveal of the all new foldable screen RAZR is just around the corner on 13th November, but RAZR fans will be pleased to know that some extremely detailed photos of the phone have been leaked online. The pictures have been leaked by legendary tech leaker Evan Blass on his twitter account, @evleaks. Regular Techjuce readers may remember Mr. Bless from his countless previous leaks, including Microsoft’s Surface Lineup.

The phone is strikingly similar to its predecessor, the RAZR V3 launched way back in 2004, in terms of design, as Motorola tries to cash in on the meteoric popularity of the V3. The phone uses the same flip up design as the V3, but instead of buttons, the inside reveals a foldable screen stretching almost the entire length of the phone. The upper clamshell contains the second screen and the camera on its outward side, another nod back to the V3. This eliminates the need for a second camera, because you can use the second screen to take selfies while the phone is closed. Notifications and other important information can also be viewed on this second screen, eliminating the need to open your phone repeatedly.

The phone is expected to run on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 SoC octa-core chipset, and the main screen will likely be an OLED panel around 6 inches in size. The secondary display is expected to be of lower quality but will still be able to show sharp selfie previews. The hinge looks like it will be spring loaded to provide a smooth feel. There is a button on the bottom chin which could function as a fingerprint reader that blocks unwanted people from opening the phone. Unsurprisingly,  all of these features will come at a premium price, predicted to be around 1500 US Dollars.
