Good news for Android developers! Android Studio 1.0 is out as the official Android IDE (Integrated Development Environment) aimed only at the Android geeks.
Google was working on the studio for the past two years and believes that their new product will help Android developers to be more productive and efficient. The new IDE offers an array of features that include an interactive UI, efficient setup wizard, unified build system, integrated code and resource editing tools, app usage monitor and easy access to Google Cloud services. For now, Google is calling the studio as a replacement of Eclipse and have posted easy migration steps for Eclipse users.
