Tech company Google has updated its Google Maps platform. Now with the new update, Google Maps will tell the users about the best time to leave for the destination.
Google Maps, Google’s most interesting and exciting feature, provides navigation assistance to people around the whole world, who are traveling from one place to another or are traveling in an unknown terrain. This new update will tell you the right time to leave for the place you want to leave by just putting the address of the place in the direction bar. Google has made a new bar in the Google Maps app, alongside time and distance bar, showing one the relative time to reach the destination.
The color of the bar will appear, green, yellow and red according to traffic flow. Google has only rolled out this feature for Android users and no confirmation came from the company as to when iOS users will get the update.

Apart from the update which the company made on its Google Maps platform, it is also planning to update its Google Earth platform, allowing users to post and share stories, videos, and photos on it. The update will be available to users in next two to three years.
The company has also confirmed that Nexus 6P and Nexus 5X will not support Android O’s aptX streaming protocols. The protocols let users listen to audio music in better quality over Bluetooth. Additionally, Google Drive has released its most awaited update, now allowing users to backup the entire data on one’s PCs by using its Backup and Sync tools.
