Google launches week long entrepreneurs exchange program for international startups

Google for Entrepreneurs Exchange is a week long program focusing on bringing together experts, startups and new markets. The exchange sessions will take place at four different locations to immerse entrepreneurs from around the world coming from a specific industry. The participants will learn how to improve their products and prepare for funding. They will gain access to new markets and potential clients.

The applicants can apply to more than one program. The exchange program does not cost anything but the startups will have to cover their own travel expenses to the city. Housing stipend and some meals may be provided depending upon the host program.

Four Programs, Four Locations

  1. Fashion Tech – Campus London, UK (November 23 – November 28, 2015)
    Campus London is looking for startups that are bringing innovating the shopping and market experience in the fashion industry through software, apps or products.

  2. Travel – Astrolabs, Dubai (December 5 – December 11, 2015)
    Astrolabs is welcoming startups that have developed a tech product to cater to traveling and hospitality sector. The startups should have launched their product and initiated business operations. The requirements also ask the founders to be fluent in English language.
    Apply here by October 14, 2015 noon.
  3. Scale – Galvanize, San Francisco (November 1 – November 6, 2015)
    Eight lucky startups based outside of San Francisco (US or international) will have a chance to spend a week in the hub of startup world. The startups should be be in the ‘scale-up’ phase and must be technology-focused or heavily technology-enabled. Also the founders are required to be proficient in English.

  4. Gaming – Campus Seoul, Korea (November 8 – November 16, 2015)
    Korea has the third biggest mobile game market in the world bringing opportunities for gaming startups . The selected startups will network with leaders from major gaming companies and emerging startups.
