Google is set to unveil the next generation of pixel devices on today i-e October 9, where it’s expected to announce a wide range of Google products. The highlight of the Google keynote without any doubt will be the Google Pixel 3, however, the smartphone has had its fair share of controversies. Google pixel 3 XL is probably the most leaked phone in the history of smartphones, the device has already been leaked thoroughly and there is very little that the tech-community doesn’t know about the smartphone.
Engadget managed to get a Pixel 3 XL headset three days ahead of its official launch. The smartphone was obtained from a retailer in Hong Kong and it appears to be the real deal. It is shocking to see a smartphone being sold at premium price before the official launch by the parent brand. This is indeed a new for many.
There are several new features about the device including its screen, colors, camera and more. Engadget editor Richard Lai published a video on YouTube regarding the unboxing, where he shared several new features of the device. According to the video, this year’s Pixel 3 unboxing will include:
The box mentions “Just Black” design and the model number “G013C.” On the far right, there’s a hologram sticker featuring Google’s “G” logo. The bottom side of the box is all blue with a white “#teampixel” hashtag.
Pixel 3 XL Specs:
According to the leaks, the phone is powered by Snapdragon 845 chipset, 4GB of RAM, 126 GB of storage, a 6.3-inch display which will feature 2,960 x 1,440-pixel resolution. Furthermore, the phone has a 12.2 megapixels rear camera and 8-megapixel dual front camera with a Super wide secondary camera lens. The rear camera is expected to record 4K 30fps. The phone also features wireless charging.
